I love discovering new brands, especially British ones. @prosodylondon is a new fine fragrance label, which has caught my imagination. It uses 100% natural and organic ingredients and, while this is appealing in itself, it also boasts a collection of unusual sensual scents that fill the senses. I’ve been dipping into these darling samples every day (perfect for travelling), and my favourites change upon trying each one! Today, I’m all about Jacinth Jonquil – in part, to conjure up the fresh notes of spring (even if it’s just on my wrist!) Like old-style, vintage perfumes, it uses bluebell and hyacinth for a burst of floral notes, but the modern touch comes with saffron and jonquil petals. It really is very pretty, and like a field of new blooms. Ideal for a snowy day like today.
