INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TERMS
EUROPE
Within the EU we currently ship to the Netherlands only. Due to new EU packaging (EPR) and customs regulations, shipping to all other EU countries, including Ireland, and to Monaco remains temporarily paused. We’re monitoring the situation and hope to resume soon.
If you’d like to order from another EU country, please contact us at contact@prosodylondon.com and we’ll let you know as soon as shipping reopens.
Netherlands deliveries are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). Import VAT, any customs duties and the carrier’s clearance/handling fees, including the EU customs handling fee of €2 per declaration line from 1 November 2026, are payable by the recipient on delivery. The carrier will contact you before delivery to arrange payment.
Customers in Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and Switzerland are not affected and can order as normal.

IMPORTANT NOTICES
USA — Since the $800 de minimis allowance ended on 29 August 2025, all US orders are subject to import duties and taxes. These are calculated and paid at checkout, and we ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so there is nothing further to pay on delivery.
All other international orders — the price of your items does not include local duties and taxes unless stated. These are payable by the customer on delivery.
